Almas Ahmad

holds a Master’s in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University, with expertise in Indian politics, public policy, and minority empowerment. He interned as a field investigator at CSDS, New Delhi, during the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022, gaining direct exposure to election dynamics and voter behaviour.

He brings over three years of hands-on experience in political consulting and campaign management, notably leading on-ground operations in key campaigns, including the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections (2022) and the Bihar Lok Sabha elections (2024). He also worked as District Lead in the Seemanchal region and as Regional Manager for Jan Suraaj Party in South Bihar, overseeing grassroots engagement and team leadership across 10 constituencies.

Practised in bridging academic insight with strategic fieldwork, he specialises in campaign design, minority empowerment, and governance reforms. At SPG, Almas leverages his field-tested expertise and research skills to craft strategies that shape campaigns, strengthen democracy, and drive lasting impact.
