Almas Ahmad is a political strategist and governance advisor with over 4 years of field experience spanning assembly and parliamentary electoral cycles across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. He holds a Master's in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University, with a research focus on Indian politics, public policy, and minority empowerment, and brings early career grounding from a field investigator internship at the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS), New Delhi, during the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.

His operational experience spans constituency-level campaign management, district leadership, and regional oversight including ground-up mobilisation across ten constituencies in the Seemanchal region of Bihar and electoral preparation work for the Bihar Vidhan Sabha 2025 cycle.
