Almas Ahmad

holds a Master’s in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University, with expertise in Indian politics, public policy, and minority empowerment. He interned as a field investigator at CSDS, New Delhi, during the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022, gaining direct exposure to election dynamics and voter behaviour.

He brings over three years of hands-on experience in political consulting and campaign management, having led on-ground operations in major electoral cycles, including the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections (2022) and the Bihar Lok Sabha Elections (2024). He also worked as District Lead in the Seemanchal region and later as Regional Manager for the Jan Suraaj Party in South Bihar, overseeing grassroots engagement and team leadership across 10 constituencies.

Most recently, he worked with the Indian Youth Congress on organisational and electoral preparations for the Kishanganj and Araria Lok Sabha segments for the Bihar Vidhansabha Election 2025, contributing to voter outreach planning, data-driven groundwork, and constituency-level strategy development.

Practised in bridging academic insight with strategic fieldwork, he specialises in campaign design, minority empowerment, and governance reforms. At SPG, Almas leverages his field-tested expertise and research skills to craft strategies that shape campaigns, strengthen democratic processes, and drive lasting impact.
