Jaydeep Singh

is a development professional and  strategic consultant with extensive experience in grassroots mobilisation, campaign leadership, and constituency-level organisational work. He holds a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University, strengthening his foundation in research, data analysis, community engagement, and field-based programme execution.

His political experience spans multiple high-intensity election cycles and organisational assignments. At Jan Suraaj — a political movement turned political party — he served as Regional Manager and Campaign Manager leading election operations across Patna district and multiple rural constituencies. His responsibilities included forming district and block steering committees, supervising booth-level teams, executing rapid campaigns, and planning micro-level outreach strategies.

Most recently, Jaydeep served as the East Champaran District Coordinator for Team Tejashwi, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Bihar. In this role, he managed district-wide political operations, coordinated with party leadership, strengthened youth and cadre mobilisation, and contributed to constituency-wise strategy and organisational development across East Champaran.

His social sector background includes field coordinator roles with Samerth Charitable Trust on COVID-19 response projects supported by UNICEF and the Azim Premji Foundation. He has also contributed to relief and vaccination efforts through We The People in coordination with district authorities.

Jaydeep integrates analytical rigour with hands-on field leadership, focusing on governance reforms, campaign design, political communication, and grassroots empowerment.
